The Watch Appreciation Thread - Page 1069

Youve inspired me with the moonphase watch to try the same thing on my JLC. fing02[1].gif

silver contrast stitching to bring it all together?

What color does ABP call the leather & thread (if you remember)?

All the pictured straps are from ABP's specially-tanned alligator offerings. From L to R in the pic, I believe the leathers are acz2, acz3 and for the L1 MP acz4. The acz4 has shades of black and grey, and together with the grey contrast stitch complements the rhodium dial and MP quite nicely.

You may want to reach out to Sonia at ABP, and together with the pic she may be able to pull up details of the order. abp-paris@orange.fr

The straps pictured (not counting the RO strap which is from APbands.com) are using the original tang buckles and pins, and for the Journe ABP was able to integrate the curved pin attachment between the lugs.

my goodness!

Great--I dropped them a line. I get down to S'pore sometimes. Not this winter, but maybe early spring? We'll see. The problem seems to be the Big Ingy's made weird.

That's one of my all-time favorite watch designs. Really beautiful & looks great with the leathers. Nice.

For a change of pace I took my Sub 16610 LV out today.  Subs have always been one of my favorite watches.
