Less than $600 is tricky when one is looking for a manual wind watch. Much easier to go automatic in that price range, I am afraid. Stowa MO is the first thing that pops into mind, but unfortunately, it is over your limit.

I'm sorry having a terribly bad styleforum day today...but my price rand is less than $350 not $600 (typo I'm afraid to say). Though my friends at the Aus Member thread have given me this one: Hamilton Khaki as a recommendation.

Thanks despite that :) Will probably be a week before I kop it so if you have any recommendations feel free to tell :)

Your best bang for the buck will be a higher end Orient Star or Seiko. They are nice quality, with in-house movements.

Something is up with that. 33mm is VERY small. The dial looks different too from other vintage dials I have seen. Typical used Khaki will run around $300-400.
