impolyte, i really think the silver suits you and goes with the way you dress. i remember a pic of you in a leather with the sinn poking out, it looked great.

this watch is borrowed, sadly...

beautiful watch.

I like silver watches too. If I got my Sinn refurbed and black, I'd have an excuse to get a new silver daily watch devil.gif

I'd leave the sinn alone, but a bead blast is probably a good idea.

Have you considered the RO 15202 Jumbo?

I have, but the lack of a 2nd hand is going drive me crazy. Also a bit over my budget at 15k+...

That's probably my sticking point with he JLC MUT - I think I would ultimately like to have seconds somewhere on the watch - it doesn't really affect your ability to tell time greatly but I am just very impatient, I have a short attention span - it kind of frustrates me to look at a watch that seemingly does not move. I might appreciate that aspect when I'm 60 and have fewer seconds left to savor, but now I'd really like to see a watch kinda chugging along on my arm. Doesn't need to be a Tourbillon with little gyroscopes everywhere, I just want a little life to watch somewhere under the crystal.

Yes, unfortunately it is very pricey. And I know how you feel about the lack of a seconds hand (it's the reason I went with a Marina over a Base Luminor), but for a RO I think I'd prefer the slimmer case and bracelet compared to the 15300. Certainly the skeleton rotor is much nicer! But then, the most beautiful RO is probably the original Jumbo, 5402:

I have no idea what these go for. Good luck with your choice smile.gif

Go with the new Glashutte Senator. Anything but a RO.
