I am no Breguet expert, but I would have thought a little more than that. Also because you don't see them that much in the vintage market.

If you want to flip it I would go and see a dealer. Realistically it's worth is probably around 4-8k€, I don't know how this transfers to the US, depending on the condition.

It looks small and depending on the condition you'd probably get much less than that. Look on eBay.

Maybe the poster will show up again and tell us a little more. I thought it was a 32mm version, this plus the date puts it in the 4k range, the 8k are probably too optimistic. Still I wouldn't let it go for under 4k. It's the lowest price I found for smething similar on bigger German site..
