im thinking about putting this on a gray nato to make it not quite so loud. any opinions? i know its not everybodys style but i got it from a family member a few years ago so its not goin anywhere.

Thanks...the 1969 Omega Automatic with USS logo is 35mm and the Omega 1959 Manual is 36mm.

Funny, I was set on the black all along.... And then suddenly something clicked, and I went with the white instead. I'm glad that I did.

To be honest, I didn't like the contrast between the date window (white) on the black-dial version. Black-on-black would have looked better, IMO.
