Any recommendations on a Gator/Croc grained leather band?

This is my every day watch I have worn it since 1983. It has 2 services
one full and one band adjustment. It still keeps almost perfect time. I have
worn it diving, ski racing (blocking rapid gates), finishing concrete and painting.
In short it is an ad for Rolex and how well they built this watch!
