Looks like it. Looks too big to be the 365.

It certainly smells like Russia calf - not sure how easy that would be to replicate...

I hesitate to ask, but what does Russian calf smell like?

I've haven't heard much about the reliability and quality of Ball but I'm intrigued. Maybe I won't have to save up as much now

They make great watches at a great price. I think they are the most highly underrated watch I have ever had or seen. I have a Rolex GMT Master II and many other watches but I feel the build quality and looks are the best out there, next to Panerai. You can't go wrong with buying a Ball or two or even three for the price of a rolex.

Really, *really* oily. You either love or hate it.

Thanks. It sounds like the maker and the Russia deer are the real deal.

I haven't gotten around to experimenting with Nato straps myself, but I think it can be a good look.

Here are some examples from a quick Googling:

Do you have any particular Flieger in mind?

Ah, when I looked at watches on Ebay I always liked the Zim (pobeda) ones. Good find!
