In a moment of extreme irony, I would like to mention that I can totally hook anyone up on some DeBethune models - local AD is desperate to get them off the books. I'm totally not in this  business, but I'm not kidding either!

Also, I think they look like robotic cockroaches.  Which is sort of cool.

It's an incredible piece of workmanship for a totally wit-stolen wealthy collector.  But for a mortal, even a mortal willing to make one big crazy buy: is it pretty?

I actually quite like the DB27 Titan Hawk, and have been considering one for awhile. Could you please pm me his details - thanks

Lovely FPJ. What is that little widget down the bottom of the dial?

Dino, thanks for the intel on the CPCP trimmings. The ones I was looking at didn't have all of that - not a deal-breaker, but I'm in no hurry so would be nice to wait and see if I can get a full set.

Just called the guy, and they have seven pieces in stock.  All are off for "approval" with a ("the") VIP client who may or may not take any of them.  Whatever isn't sold will be back next week, and I'll PM you both with models and prices if you like.

Other discount exotica is also with them if there are any really crazy ballers out there: Greubel-Forsey, Uhrwerk and a couple of other oddities, also some Roger Dubuis complications - double tourbillons and a Quatuor I think. Maybe I'll put a full list together for them on B&S:spam:

Yes, I rarely see them offered with everything they came with.  A lot of times previous owners kept the wooden boxes as a jewelry boxes or sold them off along with the other "accessories" on ebay.   Wishing you luck, with your search!

It's a remontoir d'egalite. Basically a mechanism that doles out the power to the escapement from the mainspring so that the force delivered remains close to constant, thus improving rate-keeping.

Since you guys like the Datograph. Here are two more shots. I've sold 3 of these in the last 4 weeks! Just bought this fourth one. Hot watch, and for good reason!
