I was talking about the hour and minute hands, not the chrono hands. Nice contrast on the RG, no contrast on the steel.

So . . . do you think they'd do a one-off dial with a double triangle marker at 12 o'clock instead of a numeral?

I doubt it but others would do a good job at modifying the dial if you really wanted to.

Nah. Too much trouble and I don't want to do any post-manufacture mucking around. By the way, have you seen the new basic 42mm Radiomirs with the new seconds-only inhouse P.999 movement? The titanium one even comes with gold hands. I haven't been so interested in a new Panerai in a long time. PAM338:

Ah. I agree the sub-seconds could have been placed better: more to the left, please. Speaking of new releases, the IWC Port. Yacht Club chronograph is a hideous mutation. Why the f*ck did they add crown guards to the case? Totally destroys what I think is one of the most elegant case shapes out there.

Master Chronograph:

Finally, a proper, dressy JLC chrono! Extremely reasonable price, too: 7,700 euros for the steel version.

JLC remakes the Tag Heuer Carrera with bad pushers? I'll pass.

I never thought I would like Panerais but I am really digging this Radiomir.

+1 - I'm with you.

General question for all - why isn't the GO Senator Calendar given a lot of love on the WIS forums? - I absolutely love this piece:
