You should sell that tacky 114060 to me. Not working for you at all.

Please give me pen advice while you think about it. smile.gif

@mimo mont blanc, of course, though they may be budget breakers. I have the fountain pen and a rollerball and love em. you'll not be disappointed nod[1].gif

I have looked at MB and Montegrappa, definite contenders. More so than their watches, for sure.

For MB rollerballs, which is the most solid and heavy of the Legend, Meisterstuck and Starliner?

Awesome pictures. Although, how many of those do you have, no frills?

Also random question - why does the Sea-Dweller not have a cyclops?

Meisterstuck, all day! (Because I have it)

Montegrappe are the nuts too, though I don't own one. Great for a splash of colour too though I see them more as a fountain pen biggrin.gif

Anyone like vintage watches? I am enjoying wearing this one these days a lot! In comparison to my Portuguese it feels tiny!

I have four RubberB's. The white one is usually used by the missus (technically the 116610LV is hers).

The SeaDweller has no cyclops supposedly because beyond a certain depth any uneven surface on the dial means that water pressure will be pushing against it in ways that might compromise the integrity of the case. Also, the crystal tends to be thicker on the SeaDwellers, and putting a cyclops on it won't result in as much magnification anyway.

Years ago the crystals were thicker on Sea Dwellers than Subs & GMTs. The thicker crystal would change the distance between the cyclops magnifier and the date window screwing up the magnification, so they nixed the cyclops from SDs. I'm not sure if the crystal is still thicker, or not, and if out of tradition they don't give it a cyclops.
