Any idea on the country of origin on that UG?  Months seem English other than September then the day wheel is definitely a different language.  The patina is lovely though.

Language is Portuguese. Interesting note 'SEX' = sexta feira = Friday. Portuguese language refers to Sunday as the first day, hence Friday = sixth fair day, Monday = Segunda Feira = Second fair day etc.

Also a good reminder to have sex on Fridays.

I have always found that I do not necessarily need a reminder, but rather a willing participant shog[1].gif

Nonetheless, wear it in good health, very unique patination. The size looks very nice on you. Kudos to you, for picking what looks good on your wrist, rather than what is in vogue.

This is the type of a watch that makes this thread worthwhile. Well done!

Feels like a brick strapped to my wrist after wearing my Tank for the past two weeks, but it does fit under my cuff! It's one of the last 100 in the series. After the current year's run, they are discontinuing the model.

The tank certainly fit your wrist very well.

Am I right that the strap is a snuff suede? Is that OEM?

It's a distressed Mario Paci strap. Not suede.

Nah, I just happened to have two of the same ones and I guess I wore them two days in a row.
