A G Shock with a suit is like wearing ski boots with a suit.

Budget will be around $15K and Nuke was offered one not far off of that without negotiating anything. The most likely scenario is I end up with two watches, but the FPJ makes a strong case for one. And I'm not interested in preloved for this one, so that takes any Langes off the table.

That's the only one to look at of the 3 IMO.

As do I, I just meant of the small seconds (the old 36mm, the 40mm, and the new 38.5mm), since they would be much closer in price to the FPJ.

Ehhhh, this is not a debate I want to start here, but the Custom Shop at Fender did that to my Strat, not me . . . I suppose it's not unlike people buying those distressed straps . . . smile.gif

In your opinion. Please try using that phrase more often. In my opinion, it will make you come off better in your comments.

@TC (Houston) Gobsmacked!  That's a custom option?!  OK, no debate here.

Instead, for @DLJr , here are three completely random things that I've just found for $15,000, to get things back on track.  Against these, yeah I'd take the Journe.  I think.*

Oh, dont get me wrong, I am not in any way telling you what to do. I was just saying that, couching subjective opinions as, in fact, opinions, usually comes of better and engenders better conversation. But, as you were I guess. Horses for corses.

I take every single post written on this and any forum as opinion. Stated that way up front or not.
