Wear a Timex. Problem solved.

Sadly, not my pic. But I'm assuming it's legit as it's worn by a Rolex watchmaker.

Is there a starter watch thread that I could possibly check out? I hate asking newbie type questions but I'm looking to start a collection and want to get 2-3 great starters for ~$600 total. Thoughts?

💪💪💪

Hung out with friends at NYC's "Red Bar Crew" tonight. A Patek 5711 Tiffany dial somehow got sandwiched between two DSSDs. Very risqué.

Fortunately the two DSSDs were wearing rubber. Rubber B straps, that is.

Maybe going off topic for a minute. I am looking to buy an IWC Pilot Chronograph (3717).

I've noticed that a lot of the "pre-loved" offerings seem to have damage (marks/dings/gouges etc) between the 2 and 5 positions-unlike the one above obviously. Anyone familiar with this model know if the design makes them particularly susceptible to this?

Thanks guys.

Also, this: http://www.styleforum.net/t/387822/best-5-dress-watches-under-1k-a-contest

And also, stay here.  Less expensive watches are not yet official grounds for exclusion (otherwise I wouldn't be here).
