There is not enough time to ferret out the details. So judge away, as far as I am concerned.

This is why I interview in the nude. I don't need anyone making rash decisions on my ensemble choices.

Oh lookie. Helped a friend acquire this beauty earlier today. Black dial baton marker perpetual calendar chronograph in platinum from Patek Philippe. Rare and despite its black dial and multiple subdials it's very legible because of the lovely proportions and clean layout of the 3970.

Of course GoDSSDzilla just had to make his way into the picture.

Frills, did you buy the DSSD?? What kind of discount did you get?

That would work and fun to see the interviewers facial expression .

Frilly has definitely gone over to the chunky side.  Expect a Luminor and a Big Pilot in the collection within the coming months. :)

Knowing Frilly, the next one will be a Deepsea Challenge.

IMHO, wear something that flies under the radar and keep it under your shirt cuff. Most interviewees shouldn't be checking the time or it may give the interviewer the impression you are bored with them and have other things to do.

However, if one is going to wear a watch that could get noticed, or is recognizable, I think your suggestion is the best way to go if the interviewer mentions the watch.

I'd love to see your opinions/lists.  BTW, what would be a good prize?  I was thinking of a cordovan watch strap from Leffot - either a Nato, Panerai, or Stitched cordovan strap:

What say you all?  C'mon.  I thought that the $5K list would be a popular one!

Cheers,

Fok.

Submitted something, hopefully you enjoy it.

Yea, Cameron will be in a sub, but Frills will just be standing on the deck in his pose like nothing is wrong.

"Is it safe to wear my SDDS on the deck of the Titanic...?????"

Oh something like this?

Sadly, not my pic. But I'm assuming it's legit as it's worn by a Rolex watchmaker.

Now you guys have given me a complex. Should i just not wear a wristwatch to my next interview? I'm afraid it may distract from my presentation. Or maybe...the interviewer may assume I don't value my time because of the lack of wristwatch. :puzzled:
