Also feeling the Monster love a lot.  I will always be grateful to you gentlemen for pointing me in this direction.  Considering I bought it for the beach/exercise/dirty work, it seems to be spending time on my wrist in all sorts of situations.  It just always brings me pleasure.

Then you're a douche!

If you like a watch, buy it and wear it and dress better than those you mention. What anyone else does isn't your concern.

I couldn't think of a nice way to say that so I didn't respond. Thanks. Haha

GordonX - welcome to the forums. First post since you joined SF in May 2013, and you chose TWAT!

I learned a lot from the forum members here. They were with me when I acquired many of my timepieces, cheering me on but sometimes shouting me down as well. A lot of what goes on here is obviously subjective, but I trust these guys on matters of both style and substance. Some have become good friends in person.

I love my Sub. Wears well, solid construction, and well, I like it, period. Is it the most common watch around? Not really, not given its price point. For most of the watch collecting world a Sub is still the grail to have. But as other forum members have posted here, it is certainly a popular watch - for a reason.

If it were purely for snob appeal, I have a few other pieces that might suit your preferences for exclusivity. But that's largely not how I roll. I get a timepiece because I like it.

See? Looks good with a suit and cufflinks!

If I wanted to wear something a bit less common, I can always go with this:

But ya know, I feel like wearing a Sub today. I love it. 😊

I'll gladly take that "Common" ;)  Red Sub off of your hands, to go with my own common Sub LV.

Should I send the very common box and papers that go with the watch as well?

If I had it to do over again, I probably would not have purchased this watch.

Could also sell it to an forum mate whom you may or may not have pilfered a #8 viberg service boot from.

My bad forgot the spoiler tag where is tifosi with his manual spoiler instructions?
