:) i am a sucker for Sinn's - i just love their clean no fuss looks

Sinn's and Damasko's are my two favorites. My favorite part about them is that they go relatively unnoticed day-to-day. Which really, I think a watch should aim to do.

:slayer: I really like Sinn and wish I didn't sold my Sinn 756.
I can't said that about my Rolex. But people do get confused my SD with the ND Sub a lot.

Speaking of which, I just got it back from serviced!

I mean, a Rolex gets noticed because it is a Rolex--it is not an overly flashy watch, it is just an easily noticed watch. I guess I was speaking more about 'flashy' watches, which I think Sinn and Damasko are the antithesis of.

There are very expensive / super high-quality watches that aren't flashy at all... which can be made flashy by the addition of certain things such as diamonds. An AP RO is not in any way flashy, but make it out of yellow gold and diamond encrust it... and well, you get really flashy watch.

I like that FP Journe in your avatar

I think the ability to have your watch go unnoticed is partly a function of who you are around. A lot of Lange's, for example, would go unnoticed by a lot of people, but if you were around a bunch of WIS, you'd probably have to make sure the watch doesn't become submerged in all the drool.

the only think i dont like about the damasko is the day thinggy, but thats a small issue, i think the size of the D are slightly better than then S but both are like you said very stealthy for a day to day watch
