the biggest debate for me is auto versus manual wind. i have never owned a manual wind watch before, but i guess there's a first for everything. i do prefer luminors over radiomirs, i know that much.

I know what you mean, but I got in the habit of daily winding a RAD and it's really no pain - enjoyable, really. If your autos aren't on a winder then you have to shake them up anyway when you're not wearing them.

Cheers. I have already purchased a few nato straps and am keen to try them at some stage. For the time being, I am enjoying the bracelet, which is so much lighter and more comfortable than the bracelet of my old Planet Ocean, which had solid links. While I was previously keen to purchase a 5513 with domed plexiglass crystal and nicely patined dial, I don't find the 14060M too bling, despite the use of white gold; the lume is great and it probably better fits my lifestyle, in case I decide to go for a dive with it.

Here's my IWC. I was planning on acquiring a Rolex GMT II for my Bday in several months, but now it's been delayed. My next 2 watch purchases will be the Rolex and a PAM 000.
