IWC should really have kept it as it was. Sadly I don't think that there's any of their current line-up that they didn't do better in the past.

Luckily others still do watches in the 6B/346 style (though this particular model also have been replaced):

Wow, GDL you're just gonna keep posting that thing until I buy one aren't ya?

How does she look on a honey strap? Ever tried it?

EDIT: I see where Longines offers it on a brown strap, but it looks rather dark on my monitor.

Speaking of watch Appreciation:

I just got back from buying a new strap for my Nomos Club. While I was there, the dealer showed me a prototype of the new Zurich Weltzeit worldtimer model they are testing, prior to its going on sale. I'd seen pics of this new watch, which had underwhelmed me... but in real life it completely blew me away. Gorgeous design.

A grail today....white dial stainless Daytona.

And before anybody says anything, I swear I bought the shirt on clearance from TM Lewin about 3 months before LeBron made his "Decision".

Grabbed another diver. This one from my favorite manufacture.

JLC Navy Seal Automatic, 42mm goodness.

^ Congrats!

One of the best newer designs, IMHO. Great size too.

^ I don't think you'll find too many fans of PAMs with the reduced Luminor case.

+1: if you're going to get a Luminor, get the classic 44mm.
