I've seen far superior designs, just as simple, elegant, symmetrical and classic, for approximately $80,000 cheaper. Not impressed.

From what I know, the Patek Annual calendar runs you TOPS ~$50,000. So what watch with those functions is available that the maker will pay you $30,000 to wear?

exactly. also its a very "simple" yet complicated complication, and very useful as well.

Yes - ABP and Camille Fournet are my go-to makers for custom straps. They make a nice product.
