The Watch Appreciation Thread (Reviews and Photos of Men's Timepieces by Rolex, Patek Philippe, Breitling, JLC etc...) - Page 740

I recently purchased my dream watch, Omega Speedmaster. Will get some pictures up of it when I switch out the strap.
Only thing that hinders the dream is the strap that came with it, a black gator-grain with a deployement clasp.

I'm after something in the lines of 233
Reasonable quality, calf is prefered (imitation crog/gator) due to price.

Any recommendations?

^ I put mine on a medium brown gator and am still not entirely sure about it. Here are a couple of combos I have seen on this thread though that I think look good.

209

263

Not a speedy but might look good with a dark brown.

Finally took the plunge into a big boy watch (R series 16700). Waiting to get some links taken out to accommodate my girly wrists. I will also be looking for a Pepsi bezel since apparently this model only came in Pepsi or black (someone must have added the Coke bezel at some point). I can't stop looking at the time and planning my next purchase! biggrin.gif

they are mad for fine watches there. shipping there I would have no issue with; shipping from - then I might hesitate.

If you are selling, I would just insist on an international wire...

Great looking Lange, and I'm a huge fan of the Tank.  I have your watch's slightly larger sibling, the LC Tank XL and I really enjoy owning it.

Below is a quick wrist shot of my Tank XL.
