Hi Brian,

I'm new to CSC and just checked out the site. Great pieces on sale. Before pulling the trigger, could you provide chest, sleeve, and shoulder measurements for the following:

1) 46/56 Barena Venezia Fonda TV Coat

2) 44/54 Barena Venezia Fonda TV Coat

3) 46/56 CSC Wool/Cashmere Blend SC

4) 44/54 CSC Wool/Cashmere Blend SC

Trying to decide between the 44 and 46 in these. Also, I'm having difficulty getting the sale price to show. If/when I purchase, I guess I'll have to contact customer service to get that rectified.

Thanks!

Below is the sizing information. Please note that we are fully out of stock in 54 CSC blazers. The website is a bit buggy and might not reflect that information. We are undergoing a complete redesign for SS '14, so everything will be rectified soon. Also, with respect to the price, the Fonda TV is 70% off as is the CSC blazer; contact customercare[at]carsonstreeclothiers[dot]com once you have made your purchase and he will process the correct price on the back end.

FONDA TV 44/54

  • Chest - 23"
  • Shoulder - 18.5"
  • Sleeve - 33.5"

FONDA TV 46/56

  • Chest - 23.5"
  • Shoulder - 19"
  • Sleeve - 34"

CSC Blazer 46/56

  • Chest - 23"
  • Shoulder - 19"
  • Sleeve - 34"

@carsonstreet

Hello Brian,

It would be great if you gave my best to Chris R and very kindly reminded him that we have an open case for a few days now. Can imagine you must be very busy, alas, despite some reminder emails I haven't heard back from him yet. For one, a wrong size Inshore (S instead of M) was shipped to my proxy in US. Secondly, despite sizing up 2 from sample fit on site, an Eidos suit jacket is still ~1.5" too short (as if length doesn't increase along with chest).

For the Inshore jacket, could you please give me the usual (chest, sleeves, shoulder, length) measurements for a size 'M' and 'L'? That would help to ensure the replacement is in correct size.

Really appreciate your help. You have some great stuff and I'm much looking forward to your s/s wear.

Best,

Michael (IDS)

PS: Next time I'll make sure to ask for exact measurements from you. Good to know you're here to help.

Hey Michael,

Sorry for the mix up. It's pretty wild out there right now, so it might take me some time to get down to the shop. Thanks for the kind words, and I'll get the requested information to you as soon as possible.

No worries, Brian. Possibly only concern from my side is that the larger size might be gone if not dealt with timely, that's all.

Did the hell out of that.

Hopefully the mess of different online identities I have (tumblr isn't connected to FB/Twites/pics of sandwiches) doesn't screw things up.

Sorry I missed you again, Brian. I stopped by the store around 1:30 PM last Saturday, and someone told me you had stepped out for lunch. The S/S merchandise looks great, and I'm sure I'll run into you on one of my future trips to NYC.

Hey, MReister!

The announcement was yesterday. My apologies: we announced on Twitter.

Thank you for your support, however. Keep an eye out, though, as we are planning on doing a couple of more things to celebrate 1 year.

Hello Brian,

Been checking the site for the s/s wear to appear but no luck yet. When will it be up?

Hey DeSense,

The website is undergoing a complete redesign, and because of that there is a big disconnect between the site and what's in store. The redesign should be completely done and the site relaunched May 1. In the meantime, we are working with our photographer to get a smattering of product on the site before then. I will let you guys know when this is complete, both the update and the redesign.

That being said, if there is anything in particular that you are looking for from a brand you know we carry, please let me know. I can take photos and give you information if you'd like.

Would be interested in seeing the Eidos sportcoats if you have some photos on hand.
