Does anyone have any recs for external 4K monitors to hook up with a 15" rMBP? My boss' boss is a fucking G and is getting us sweet workdesk setups and told us to give him a wishlist of accessories and gadgets we need want. I want to capitalize on this opportunity now because it won't be coming around for a long time again, if ever.

I already have the Magic Trackpad 2 and Magic Keyboard 2 on the list but now I just need a large, 4K monitor -- 27" and above.

Budget is $1,000, give or take a couple hundred. I haven't paid any attention to the monitor scene as of late so I don't know what the good brands and series are.

Just upgraded my 5s to a 6s which means I need a new case. I don't carry a wallet normalcy, so would like something like this as I can keep my card handy, had a look around and cant see anything, any one got any ideas?

Wow looks like I'm gonna have to get my phone replaced again.. The Touch ID just stopped working.

Can't even set it up it just goes "failure, please go back and try again" ad infinitum plain.gif

What are you doing to your phone? I haven't had any problems with mine

Nothing. It just stopped working all of a sudden.

Sounds like Apple's quality control is getting pretty bad.

Good lord it's issue after issue after issue.

The apple tech rep told me to go home and restore my computer to factory settings from iTunes. Okay. So I begin the process and halfway through it says "The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (53)" with the options More Information and OK available. Happens over and over and over.

....

So now I have a completely bricked iPhone and I can't get to the Genius bar until Thursday.

What in the fucking fuck?

Gf, sorry to hear about your phone issues. I've had mine a couple of weeks and no issues so far. I love it!

The iPhone 6s is as laggy if not more so than my 5s from which I upgraded. While 3D Touch was kind of cool, I've mostly stopped using it. I'm not sure my 5s wasn't a better phone.

Well, got off Tier 1 support and they said "yup, looks like your phone is bricked! Go get another replacement tomorrow morning."

That's odd. The 6S is noticeably faster than my 6. I don't experience any lag whatsoever.

My 6 on the other hand... slow af on iOS 9.

I also use 3d touch all the time -- super useful. This is also assuming you use SAfari, mail, all the stock apple apps, etc, which I do.

Give it some time. More apps will build in support for it.

I read that they upped production substantially for this release.

In the transfer over to my new phone, I seem to have lost a load of music, not showing up in my purchasers either so can down load. Apple help is useless.

But on the plus side, have got a local leather work company to make me a case to my specifications
