Whether she went unconscious immediately as a result of assault (likely aggravated assault) or when she hit her head on the railing (caused of course by the assault) is what you think matters? How or when she went unconscious? Consciousness is neither a factor nor element of this particular crime.

I dunno man, I haven't watched the video in a minute but it looked like she went to sleep hitting the railing not from the punch. Either way, I'd take one to the chin for that kind of money.

FWIW I grew up in Cincinnati and yes, I am a loyal Bengals fan living in LA. I'm very familiar with my team sucking it… as they almost did again today!
