If the latter it's not as bad and she only got knocked out because of unfortunate surroundings.

Just stop man… I truly can't believe you feel there is a distinction that makes a difference here. Whether she went unconscious immediately as a result of assault (likely aggravated assault) or when she hit her head on the railing (caused of course by the assault) is what you think matters? How or when she went unconscious? Consciousness is neither a factor nor element of this particular crime.

It's the money, plain and simple.

In terms of their lives getting put through the public ringer there is a huge difference. If she walks out of that elevator conscious and screaming at him this is all much smaller.

OK I hear ya. But if she walks out of that elevator she's got a job as a professional boxer!

I dunno man, I haven't watched the video in a minute but it looked like she went to sleep hitting the railing not from the punch. Either way, I'd take one to the chin for that kind of money.

FC North is so wack. Bengals pulled a Florida State and meanwhile the rest of the division loses.

^ LOL awesome. A friend of mine plays for the Pack so I've adopted them (sorta) as my second favorite team. Plus I dislike the Patriots.

FWIW I grew up in Cincinnati and yes, I am a loyal Bengals fan living in LA. I'm very familiar with my team sucking it… as they almost did again today!

What was McCoy's numbers for today's game?

Edit: 31 for 47 with 397 yards and three TDs and 0 INT. I don't see this as a bad performance.

My sis and her husband went to the "On to Cincinnati" game. She said her favourite part was the cheerleaders wearing Still's jersey :nodding:

Ryan Fitzpatrick with 6 td passes today. Wtf!?

JJ Watt did his usual JJ Watt stuff with a couple of sacks, FF, FR, and 1 receiving td.
