I suppose we'll agree to disagree on this one cheers.gif

It's not keeping me up at night or anything. I just think the rule is needlessly complicated and open to too much interpretation.

Asshole.

Just kidding. I totally get what you're saying. Given what I do for a living, I'm probably more constitutionally (pun not intended) to just easily accept the notion that the rule is x because the rule is x ...

Which is?

So excited for another New England Superbowl appearance. If they win, I will be even more insufferable.

Any thoughts on today's championship games? Two rematches of games easily won by the home team during the regular season. I don't see the Packers with a gimpy Aaron Rodgers having much of a chance absent Seattle turnovers and really strong Green Bay special teams play. The AFC championship game is more interesting. I really think this might be Andrew Luck's coming-out party.

I'm not guaranteeing a Pats victory but what's up with the Colts these past few days? Bunch of players not making flights, inactives, rape charges, etc.

Not the best timing is all I'm saying...

Trent Richardson is missing the game for "personal reasons," that being "he's not very good." It takes a special player to be one of the worst draft picks of all time and one of the worst trades of all time.

My prediction for today... in my Bill Belichick grumpy voice "On to Seattle".

Espn has him saying it's a serious illness in his family and he's staying at the hospital with his family. Somebody commented on the article that his mother is dying of embarrassment. Another person commented his career is on life support. So wrong but funny.

This warmup before the Seattle game has me pumped up! Should be a great game.

Seattle is playing like shit. Defense can't stop committing penalties, offense can't do shit, they fumbled a kickoff, and Earl Thomas might be hurt. Not looking good for them.

I think it was ESPN or SI where I read a pretty interesting tidbit.

If you look at their last few games going back to November, they went up against the following QBs: Drew Stanton, Ryan Lindley, Colin Kaepernick, Mark Sanchez, Kap again, Shaun Hill, and Cam Newton.

Rodgers on one leg is better than all those QBs combined.
