Very good game.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that was one the best Pats games I've watched in a while. Wish I could have been there in person. Ravens played great. Credit to them. On to Denver/Indianapolis!

I have to agree with you, every time I thought the Pats were done, they bounced back. Great effort by both teams.

Yup. I feel a lot better about them after this game vs. how I felt in December.

There goes our best hope against the forces of evil.

What, you think Peyton is gonna get it done?

Agree 100%. Edge of your seat fun. Now just need the Colts to take care of business

Great game. I'm glad I was at a bar. If I was at home, I probably would have broken a couple of things in my apartment during the game in frustration. I liked the character and grit shown by the Pats during this game though.

Belichick having only 4 linemen and an eligible receiver report as ineligible was a brilliant coach tactic to confuse the Ravens defense and draw a 15yd penalty from Harbaugh. My guess is this will be looked at in the offseason by the competition committee and be outlawed.

The WR pass was also brilliant and one of the worst/best (depending on your perspective) playoff skunkings thati can remember. Fucking patriots laugh.gif

You see the WR pass all the time. I've never seen 4 linemen with one receiver reporting ineligible as a blocker. That's exploiting a loophole in the rule book and a tactic that most coaches would be too afraid to do.

I wouldn't call this exploiting a loophole it's more like violating an unwritten code.

Question, how do you feel about overshifting in baseball?
