looking older - Page 2

It is funny how things are... when you are young you want to look older, when you are old you want to look younger...

Let it be man... just enjoy life, be self-confident enough and it will be fine

Rich people pay thousands to look young again. Why the fuck would you go out of your way to look like shit (bald, fat, wear things like sportcoats at such a young age) and act like Frasier just to get respect? That's bullshit. You command respect by being worthy of it. Be good at something, give respect to those who deserve it. If people still don't respect you, purely on the basis of your age, then they can go fuck themselves.

Now, if you're having trouble getting into clubs/bars, then I feel for you... but walking around with a pipe and a navy blazer will just make you look like a douchebag.

Grey dye-job? Maybe "just a little on the side" like ole Maurice Richard used to say in the Grecian Formula ads ...

Violinist has some good advice there. One must be worthy of respect. You have to earn it. Being good at what you do is a great beginning. I still think a good command of the English language will aid you in being taken seriously.
Let's face it; what you want is to be taken seriously, not to look older. A neat and clean appearance, a firm handshake when meeting people and good eye contact are a must to be taken seriously in the adult world.

+1 You'll still look like a kid smoking ciggies. You need to get a pipe. A combover wig might help, too.

I hope that's a joke... regardless, never tell someone to smoke.
