I think I could have quite nicely gone through life without ever seeing that photograph. But WTF is wrong with people? Any chance the oil will kill them before they reproduce? I guess one can hope.

I saw a special on a similar type of a person on Discovery channel. His bicep busted. The special was fascinating. I can see people getting obsessed.

Synthol. Usually it is a steriod that is injected into a muscle, typically in the bicep. Looks terrible, as always.

I don't think it's a steroid - I think it's basically a synthetic oil.
