Oh wait.

So you just decided to be uncalled for douche all of a sudden? I said sedate, not shit. You all still dress miles better than me.

Deep breaths, hug it out, and accept that all we all have good quotes in our sigs.

There are many great outfits in this challenge, but Holdfast has the best summer look hands down.  As for the other two front runners...  A good effort by Clags, but I don't like the button stance on his jacket and think the pocket square doesn't work.  Butler's look is utterly amazing, but it would also work during the spring and fall.  It doesn't say summer to me the say way Holdfast's fit does.  My one vote goes to Holdfast.

Well balls, all tied up. I'm don't mind losing to either of the two. I hope I win, of course, but Butler is Butler and HF is going to bring his A-Game when it comes to selecting the next challenge

You can be honest with me. It was the wrinkles, right? smile.gif

I didn't vote but yours was in my top 5. If there hadn't been wrinkles then you'd have only been top 10. It's Summer. We're supposed to be a bit rumply.

I'm going Stitches based on this photo ^. (Check shirt and chukkas are both sub-optimal IMO but you can't see that in this shot.)

But everything fits well which doesn't always seem to be the case in this particular competition.

Butler's stuff obviously fits aswell but I dislike just bout every color choice he made. Tirailleur's whole outfit (or photo) is too dark for the summer challenge. And Timo might have killed it but it's hard to tell from the Where's Waldo style photo.

I like Mr Cucumber's fit all around but it doesn't feel very summery.

Thank you. I guess the bespoke carnival barker look just doesn't do it for the forvm. I suspect my lack of votes mostly results for many of the issues discussed in some of the previous challenges; namely that I block out my face and don't participate enough to have a recognizable personality to the forum in general. It's not like I'm trying to join the "love-in" however, if I was I would participate more often. I compete just for fun of it, the creative limitation, and the excuse to fish things out of the back of the closet.

I may post the outfit in WAYWRN just to take the forum's temperature on it and to be amused by the feedback.

That's quite the assumption. rolleyes.gif

Sugs for restrained taste.
Tril for somehow making a godawful shirt look great.
Claymore for holy-over-the-top-batman.

No votes for Clags because no shoes.
No votes for Butler because it's just unfair to us mortals.
No votes for Stitch because he mistook the summer challenge for the autumn challenge.
