So many dope pieces but the shoulders all fit weird and the half-stitched sleeves were awkward unfortunately

I'm selling this high neck top from Project #2 in large. It's been kept in storage for three years.

Might be old news, but was just in the solar shop, and the guy there said that o-project will be available outside Japan starting with this F/W. Not sure if any confirmed non-JP stockists, apart from solar shop itself.

Also want to say that anyone going to Antwerp should absolutely visit them- this is the third time I’ve dropped in, and it’s never been anything but a great experience. The staff (and owner) are always incredibly nice, and genuinely happy to talk at length about the details of where and how the fabrics are made, tailoring details, inspirations, new brands they like, you name it. And never even a hint of sales pressure. Top three retail experience for sure, up there with Leclaireur Hérold and Gullam. With the benefit of far more accessible pricing.

Pretty sure if I had the cash, I’d be asking JJVE to make me bespoke bedsheets, curtains, car seats, you name it.

Just took delivery of Coat#20 in Black Forest Loden. This thing is a verifiable monster. Haven't gotten around to weighing it but it's definitely the heftiest coat I own (in a good way) and in my opinion one of the best coats he's made in years. Can't wait for it to get cold enough outside to wear....

Does anybody know if there are stockists for O Project outside of Japan yet? Preferably North America but even Europe.

Right yeah I should have mentioned that too.
I remember Graham at calculus was trying to bring it into his store but now they don’t even stock JJVE at all.

Hello,

As I will be working from home for the next month I am looking for a comfortable sweater and the one below from JJVE does something to me (Photo from reliquary, but they have the same one in solarshop). However, most of my clothing is regular cut and is not oversized (I have made to measure jeans and trousers). I think some people here mentioned that JJVE garments are difficult to combine with stuff from other designers or other styles. What do you think about such a sweater combined with straight cut fitting selvedge jeans + white minimalist sneakers or boots? Will this work or does JJVE topwear only combines well with wide fit trousers?
Although I live in Belgium Antwerp is not far away but all non-food shops are closed and I would prefer not to wait too much longer ;-).
Thank you for your advice!

That piece specifically might be OK. Personally I ordered a tobacco brown short coat for FW20 and plan on wearing with jeans :)

Thank you for your reply @Blackmaged!
Yeah i just like the clothes a lot but complete JJVE style is not for me (and my environment). I’d like to infuse a little bit of the style though to make my style more interesting but not sure if this is a good idea.

That particular top seems to fit more regular and looks very nice ?? beautiful drape and colour. I would go for size S if you're normally a size M. Give it a go and see how you feel. You can always return if it doesn't work out for you.

In fact I might purchase the same sweater but in a different colour

After looking more closely from images uploaded on other stores I would be cautious of how the sweater fits in particular at the dropped shoulder seams. If this is okay with you. Sometimes the differences in model's can provide a better sense of how the garment will drape accordingly.

Take a look:

Mmm... I am not fully convinced after seeing these pictures. Maybe I will just wait a little longer (I am not a patient person ;-)) and pass by in the shop. Thanks for your help!
