I wonder if sizing hurt her. I feel like I couldn't wear anything other than a few pants even when I was my leanest

Towards the last few seasons she simplified everything to S, M, L and put higher variances between the sizing.
I was never able to fit into her tops, even in XL, until the last few years when a few of the Ls actually fit me.

I'm surprised you had issues with the pants Bene, her pants tended to fit larger than tagged size IME. I usually wear a 48 in bottoms and I could wear 46s a lot of the time.

I have owned pieces from FW13 or 14 up to the last season and I actually felt that the sizing became worse for me at the end.

I am 6’3 and usually a L. The pieces from the first couple of seasons fit me very well but then everything I tried became too short or boxy. Although I am tall that’s rarely the case with other designers.

Yeah, the sizing from her last collection was definitely a bit wonky. Well if anyone has any size 48 stuff they want to get rid of I'm still in the market :)
