All the colors are good. Really depends on what you're wearing that with. With denim, navy wouldn't be my first choice, for example

So I really like my Formosa suit, but really wish the pant legs were slimmer. What to do for future suits? Tailor? MTM?

^ I remember them looking good as-is. You could get them tapered. But I like the lines of the jacket and pants.

It's a really simple operation (also inexpensive) to have someone local taper the leg. There's no need to go MTM for that. Bring it in to your alterations guy, have him pin the leg the way you envision it, and let him take it in.
