@metranger8694 - how wide are your shoulders? Have you tried on a Formosa jacket - if so, what size did you take?

Good info, thanks all!

Met, here is mine sans liner but a t shirt and flannel under. Sleeves are a little long but otherwise I'm happy with fit. Welcome any feedback though

Thanks rydenfan.

That fit looks good. The coat shoulders are in a better position than mine were without the liner.

I went up to a large because I got the liner but I don't think I'd use the liner much except if I visited very cold climes or moved to one. Medium was probably right but I'm wondering if a medium with the liner would be constrictive.

Did you get the liner?

My shoulders- I wear medium shirts with shoulders between 17.75" and 18". 38.5" chest.

I have not tried on a Formosa but looking at it's measurements I'd likely be a 48R, as I am in all of my casual blazers.

Yes, I did get the liner. It is a bit more snug but still buttonable without too much restriction. I envision wearing it more sans liner than liner so my preference is to be a bit snug with liner as opposed to too baggy without. I'll try and put th liner back in and snap a few more pics. I can't imagine the liner getting much use at all in FL though as its pretty damn toasty with that in!

I cannot say enough about the construction and details of these NR pieces. I own quite a bit of outerwear and am really blown away by these. I am already planning for a bumfreezer on next pre-order cycle :)

I saw a couple of preorders coming in Army Green hopsack and that's such a great color/fabric.  So matter

If you ordered the Russet Fox Brothers newsboy in a size 60 and it doesn't work out for you, hit me up. My big bald head needs to stay warm this winter.

Norwegian Rain seems to have such an excellent product. I think I will order one from them for when I need to sit in the playground with my kids on rainy days.

Is it ok to shorten the sleeves? I remember Mackintosh advising against that. Also, does adding the arctic liner change the sizing in any way?
