Let's be real though, you're just trying to change out of this aren't you

It's funny you say that... Though that's not the field of medicine I'm going into.

Not a fan of them on dress trousers either. I drink a gallon of water a day and coffee. Frequent urinal visits takes a toll on the fly and my patience with the buttons.

Snagged the last Eidos chocolate linen trewz in 50 in my first NMWA order. Shipping, taxes and customs to Norway are crushing, so here's hoping they fit :slayer:

LOL at peoples' reaction to the button fly comment.

Definitely will keep my eyes open for the Rota pre-orders from now on now that I know my size. I definitely want the higher rise option if it is still a thing next time.

In my mind, Seinfeld said it best "that is the last place in the world I need interlocking metal teeth"

Got to love the button fly commentary. I like my button fly Rotas and tend to think button fly trousers look a bit better when one is seated than ones with a zipper. It's true that they take a few more seconds to undo and redo than a zipper would, but that's usually not a big deal. That said, who seriously has ever injured themselves with a zipper? I think that safety argument is sillier than the convenience argument, which at least has some validity and application to everyday life.

If anyone is having that many issues getting a button fly open before pissing at a urinal, then the fly is not your biggest problem, maybe you need to see a urologist. You're looking at maybe 3 seconds max with a button fly as opposed to 1 second with a zipper.

No, I think people actually are just having jokes about all that.

Doesn't rota or Formosa have like 12 buttons? Or maybe it's the Ambrosi pents I'm thinking of.
