It's... annoying to say the least. Haha. Not as bad as Formosa though—looks cool, photographs well, is super annoying to actually use. I would seriously contemplate asking my tailor to put a zipper on these lol.

Extended waistband is where the pain comes. Especially since pants are designed to be worn with belt. Pissing is always super fun.

But, it's worth it!

Haha Actually I really love the Rota button fly. It's so damn smooth. I agree it's not as convenient as a zipper though

I managed just fine in Penn Station in a pair of bespoke Formosa pants and only one free hand. FFS, it ain't brain surgery.

Who knew there were such strong opinions about button flies, eh.

Pants flies. Serious business.

Almost as contentious as cuffs on flannel pants, I see....

Eidos is for the anti-button crowd (which includes me). I remember Antonio saying button flies were a personal pet peeve of his.

I prefer button flies on proper trousers. A lot of angst and neurosis on this thread lately. These are just clothes and Greg does a great job with his buys. Just enjoy your purchases and try not to over think things.

I really like Velcro flies. The sound surprises people when you're at the urinal.

Angst? I didn't feel that.
I would say: enjoy your purchases and try not to piss over your pants.
