So, these linen GRP polos... size up one? Large looks about right for me (usually a medium)

I like all those April fool banners. Good job @conceptual 4est and @coolron!

Impressive eyes @DeSense! Park Hyatt indeed. My favorite Tokyo hotel. It just has that very different feel to it.

Always dreamed of visiting since I saw it in one of my favorite films.

The light bulb reflection above Greg's head is great. Like he's got an intense thought that should be captioned.

Buttero. Big John. Burgundy Eidos field jacket.

@malat nice! Which Big John?

They are the regular straight 12oz. Sized up one in the waist. So versatile.

^ I just posted on the Eidos thread how much I dig my Burgundy FJ.

It's hard to really appreciate the Burgundy hue from a pic.

Looking good malat.

Late to the game on this, but I had some down time, so I combed through some saved photos for F/W Formosa ideas. Just some thoughts, though. I'm sure NMWA will pick some awesome fabric options. A few things that caught my eye:

1) A staple tweed, in navy or lighter than navy. Lately I've been digging the cleaner, "striated" approach to creating texture in this sort of fabric. I'm sure there's a better way to describe that type of texture, but a few example pictures might be more useful (the first is a w bill harris tweed...

2) I also think lighter brown tweeds in a similar weave are pretty cool. Some examples (again, first swatch is a w bill, though I like the color of the second shot, which looks almost pumpkin, better):

3) If people aren't already saturated on green jackets for fall from this past season (or the Eidos F/W pre-order), I've always had the Caccioppoli green donegal photo from unbel at the back of my mind. I think it's my favorite green donegal fabric.

4) I don't have a swatch in mind, but I'd love to see an old school inspired fabric in a classic brown/tan plain houndstooth or POW houndstooth. The idea here would be to go for a vintage look. A few shots inspiring my thinking here (terrible styling in the bloomingdale's eidos shot, nice jacket though):

If anything like this exists... I like it.

Very true. Almost included that suggestion as well.

Although it might be too close to the emerald green Eidos herringbone, which I could not resist pre-ordering.

Any ideas of what I should wear to the Derby? Just found out I am going (Paddock, not stands) with my friends and my girlfriend, and not exactly sure what to wear. I assume I should go bright and loud patterned (and lightweight fabrics) regarding jackets and a pair of light wool or cotton trousers and a bow tie, right?
