how does this roll/secure on the pilot jacket? There's no leather strap on the body, only on the hood?

Hi Greg,

What is the breathability of the Norwegian Rain jean colored rain coat vs the Valstar trench coats?  If its 80, humid and raining, which will be more comfortable?

Thanks

** warning ** the following is only tenuously linked to this thread...

I recently got a great new job that I am really excited about. I decided that to celebrate, I needed a new bag and had picked the LA Portegna Fat Carter bag in Sol brown leather as the perfect solution. So there I was on Saturday, minding my own business and about to place my order, when my pregnant wife decided to go into labor 2 months early. After a very scary two days and an emergency C section Monday morning, this happened:

Obviously my new bag purchase will be put on hold for a while, but I do appreciate my daughter sharing my commitment to punctuality.

Everyone is doing reasonably well and thankfully being early and tiny are our biggest concerns.

Congratulations!!!

In that kind of weather, I would think that the unlined nature of the Valstar would make it more comfortable.

I'm told it just shipped from Italy, so between transit time, photography, measurements, copy-writing, etc... it should be up in 2 weeks or so.

Did you participate in the FW16 pre-order?  That's ideal for people who feel their size goes fast.

Frank Leder gingham shirt is super cool, but has anyone else noticed the arms are cut kind of weird? Super slim forearms and wide biceps. Maybe I need to stop skipping arm day.

Did you notice this when you tried it on @coolron ?

Well, you were right!

After trying on the Oatmeal Linens(which were ballistically awesome in look and fit), I ordered the mixed Navy wool which fortunately are the same weight as the linen.

I'm a big blue guy and these Rotas are the most beautiful blue. Really something.

Off to the tailor.

Is this one of those things I'll regret googling, like the Humbler?
