AJL - just buy the shirts you like and have them shortened to the length you want.  I cannot think of an alteration much easier to do and much harder to screw up than that.

Same answer if a shirt is slightly too blousy in the mid-section - it's a very easy and cheap alteration

I did that w/ the No Tengo (side pleats), but it messes w/ the lines of the pattern a bit + already has a center box pleat, so a little weird. I do prefer tucking shirts in general, but w/ casual shirts like these wearing untucked seems appropriate. So, same sizing as the linen?

I have a question regarding Formosa mto. I know we had talked about the gunclub spring summer cloth as an option after project inky blue got off the ground. Is that still an option and if so can it be pushed till after delivery of inky blue. The gunclub was my top choice but I could always use a new navy sportcoat so that's why I sprung for it. I just want to make sure the gun club will happen but want to verify my sizing before dropping that cash. Kthxbye

Yep, we can definitely do the summer gun club next. We shelved it because the cloth isn't available until January. So plenty of time to rally people for that one, and to verify your size. If we put the order in January, then delivery would be some time in March.

AJL I can't imagine those Niche shirts looking good at all tucked in. On a somewhat related note, I lost 5 pounds and my Inglese shirts fit perfectly again. No need to alter the pattern after all Greg

Well that's another way to make clothes fit! Congrats on the lost weight and enjoy your awesome Inglese shirts - our last for the season is finally on its way to us (simple Alumo blue oxford, spread collar)
