Pre-order for the emerald green is in!

Decided it was the only piece I'd truly be gutted if I missed.

Question about the brown-beige large herringbone - will this make up be the same as the bottom overcoat pic with the high contrasting dark brown and light brown or are these different fabrics and the contrast of brown-beige is more subdued as it appears in the swatch? For a lack of a better description, it looks like the swatch has a soft corduroy feel to it. Is that fairly accurate?

Lighter grey or charcoal grey for the HJ - guys have any preferences ? I usually lean towards darker colors and shades so this might be a nice change up. But then again I feel the HJ would look awesome and versatile in the darker charcoal...

Will there be pre orders for Frank Leder? Specifically interested in the canvas deck jacket, would be even nice if we could have color options.

A lot less contrast and less yarn colors than that fabric (basically just the two shades) - a much softer look overall.

Hard to say but this seems unlikely.  That collection is shown much later in the year (like Japanese brands) and usually, the order window is very short.

@gdl203 52 in geller bomber?

post #30070 of 36520

I also have no experience with Geller sizing. If kyle is wearing a 48 and usually wears 36, I'm thinking go for a 50? I'm a medium IM, 50 Eidos, M OS, and V in Schneider outerwear.

Thanks for putting up with all the questions. Bummer about the suits.

I wear 48 across most of the Geller FW15 outwear and size 50 in Eidos HJ boiled wool, SS Merino and planning to grab new RG season Garment dyed bomber in 48.

I wear a 50R in both of those, and I have never tried a NMWA Eidos jacket. I want to snag something in the pre-order BAD, though.

I own several Eidos jackets and tried on a Ring Jacket (don't remember what cut) at the Armoury. I take 50R in both. Both run on the slim side of TTS, which works for me (chest size between 39" and 40").

I have a 50EU Ring AMJ03 and a 50EU Eidos Tenero. The waist measurement is similar, but the AMJ03 has a fuller chest and wider shoulder. I'd suggest sizing up to 52 in Eidos and having the waist taken in.

But, isn't the NMWA cut built with a fuller chest and extended shoulders compared to the Tenero?

Here's a post from The Armoury with AMJ03 jacket measurements. For a size 50, the shoulder is 47.9cm and the chest is 114.3cm. Compare that to the measurements from NWMA: 46.5cm and 107cm. Meanwhile, the 52 NMWA is 47cm and 110cm.
