That is so awesome. Greg, perhaps a nice rich brown someday too?

Thanks Tweedy,. I appreciate the kind words--and I agree, this coat seems like it was very popular.

It is surprisingly difficult to find a moderately warm, conservatively styled, versatile, and well-made jacket.

@Patrick R

So many nice options. I tend to shine away from small scale patterns but YMMV. How about a rust base?

There's a bit more versatility, I think, in patterns like these as opposed to small scale repeating patterns. But you can't go wrong with many of the suggestions. The slight navy in the top might accentuate both the navy jacket and navy stripe.

I think that jacket would work fine with EG/ts(s)/VISVIM type stuff.

Guys, what size S&C lambs wool chunky cardigan do you recommend for size 42? M or L? I'm 42" chest, not sure if I should go with M or L.

I like Greg's suggestion for the PS. Orange was Frank Sinatra's favorite color, and pairs wonderfully with blues and browns. It can be a bit much for an item of clothing unless you wear it with a lot of confidence, but is just right for an accessory.

I personally like these to fit big and slouchy as a last layer. Here is yours truly in a L (I'm roughly a 42" chest)

If you prefer this kind of close fit, then you should go for M:

Let's get a Formosa 3-piece chalk stripe flannel GMTO going.

It may not be for everyone...but for those of you who do get in...you will be undoubtedly the best dressed person in your respective locations. Except if you are in NY...in which case I will trump you for suggesting this in the first place.

You're out of control...NMWA hasn't even submitted our inky blue GMTO order yet :laugh:

Speaking of which! Let's do this:

1) Everyone has until next Friday COB to get their orders in on either the inky blue GMTO or the Moonbeam

2) The inky blue is already definitely happening, but get your order in now to make sure that you will get your size, as we won't have many for the rack at all (like just 2 or 3 probably)

3) The Moonbeam needs more orders to be a go. If we don't get the requisite numbers by next Friday COB, we will just have to refund any deposits that have already been paid. As a reminder, it's this fabric:

Are you thinking mid-grey, dark grey, or navy? Personally I think navy is the best one.
