Mixed navy is great.    Another advantage is that we will continue to stock it so you will easily be able to exchange sizes if you need to -  but I think sizing advice is pretty reliable at this point!

Mixed navy is great. It is perfect for the SB.

Greg @gdl203: Is there any difference in group 2 fabrics with respect to stiffness/drape/hand as compared to group 1? Or is it simply more complex weaves of the same material?

SS Conservation in blue/grey twill

SS Thinner in grey basketweave

NR Bumfreezer in Oatmill

NR SB in dove grey

Leaning maybe conservation and bumfreezer?

I really need to focus and narrow...ugh

The right answer is you should get them all! Did you figure out your size in Thinner? Going with 7?

I would really like to. They are each amazing. We are a pretty decent amount over budget on the house we are building though so probably not in the cards right now.
I am a VI in SS outerwear so that's what I would go with in either or both wink.gif

I'd get a long coat from NR if I were you. You seem to have a good number of shorter jackets, deck jacket, field jackets... The idea of a dove grey long coat sounds on point.

Thinner seems to fit smaller so might be a good idea to size up?

Being that I live in south Florida where iit does rain a fair amount but is cold only for a little while, is there a Norwegian Rain coat and fabric that would be suitable/recommended for down here?

Thanks

Probably the SB sans liner. I'll defer to Greg about the breathability of certain fabrics, but my understanding is the waterproofing treatment is such that they all breath in much the same way
