Greg, almost forgot. Can we please get another SS coat remake for next Fall. Just like with Merino from Frozen Waves, it would be epic. 100%.

I asked for the Plain Jacket

That quilted zip jacket from frozen waves was awesome. I liked the red plaid-ish iteration the best. The shawl collar bomber was also mentioned in SW&D RFT.

Restocking the Single Breasted in mixed navy as well.  Moscow coats are not produced during the (Northern hemisphere) spring season

I was out this morning in 20 degree overcast blowing snow Chicagoland in my NR Moscow. Had on a button down and lightish wool sweater underneath (hat, gloves, weather appropriate socks and shoes, etc. No scarf, see infra.), middle two buttons done on the coat and I was HOT by the time I got where I was going after 15 minutes. Like a good shvitz hot.

What's that all about????

Is that the global warming?

I would also like to say how much sense big, turn-up shearling collars make. In other wear in the last few weeks since it's turned cold, I've been out with the collar up and loosely fastened and that layer of shearling works wonders. Better than a scarf. Seems sheep must know what they are doing.

That Moscow is a coat that does not kid around.

@gdl203 apologies if this has already been answered, but monitaly exclusive vests for a person who wears an avg. to slim 40 jacket ... TTS? or ?

I'd wear it over a shirt, on a cold day (indoors/outdoors) in So. Cal if that helps

Sorry can't find official pics atm. There was a quilted version of the first jacket as well I think in gray/blue tones? Similar to one of the shirts. They also had some quilted overshirt type thing I think.

Alpaca is nice too - I think the best versions had contrasting fabrics. Kind of regret selling mine. Also regret selling the plain jacket frown.gif

SS Plain Jacket via @NAMOR

not sure of the name, but also a fan of this

The Plain jacket is so... plain.
I had that Shawl Bomber for a while, the collar never wanted to stay folded. The fit always looked off, especially when buttoned.
Would deadstock fabrics be a possibility? The woven wools used in shirts from 2008-2011 were so much softer and nicer than what has been coming out the past two years or so.

My main gripe with old Schneider shirting is that it didn't fit (my body at least) very well. Something else that might be cool would be throw blankets or other home goods? Not sure if you'd want to enter that space, but there has to be some interesting stuff (Scandinavian or otherwise) out there that isn't readily available.

Always been a fran of the plain jacket.

Unrelated, but I think I hit the perfect storm for a slow UPS delivery. Two weekday holidays, a weekend, followed by a Monday. 7 day delivery! I am too impatient.

Would honestly love to see an SS reissue of a coat without a hood, although Alpaca jacket would still be cool
