Well I haven't been able to wear much of either this year, but I'm partial to this year's as they took a lot of the feedback from last year and integrated it. Can't really go wrong with either though.

Navy chalkstripe is my next Formosa purchase. Then I'm going to have an MTO jacket made up with a Loro Piana guncheck fabric I just got in. Can't wait.

And then get the white end-on-end Inglese in the meantime as well.

I am hoping the 48 works. The 50 is just getting a bit too big to justify the purchase when I do not have an adequate tailor on hand, i.e. Too much of a compromise with the cost. I think Formosa represents a great deal, and I hope that this will get me back in the game. Similarly, I recently sized down in inglese, and I don't think I will ever get any other shirts. I am very excited about the chalk stripe though. I have always wanted a suit like this!

Yeah I know what you mean. I actually have the DB chalk stripe that I have yet to take to my tailor, and that's the reason why I want the three piece navy one so much. The fabric is fantastic, and I think it would make a great addition to my wardrobe.

I know what you mean about tailoring, I waited a while to get my first couple done to lose a couple lbs so I could be the size I wanted and also so I wouldn't have to get too much done (especially at the waist, trousers and jacket)

Is NMWA planning on restocking this pair of Vass? http://www.nomanwalksalone.com/index.php/footwear/shoes/galosh-oxford-captoe-black-calf.html

If I take a 40.5 in the Norweger will a 41 be too big?

You won't regret it, the suit is stunning.

Did you end up getting the Army Mountain Parka? If so, what size?
Never ended up getting it, unfortunately. For better or for worse, my focus on casual clothing has waned since I started a new job last year. I was in a business casual environment, and I am now in a 100% CBD environment. The army tent jacket did not make the cut before the change in focus.

Any experience with the Inglese brushed cotton shirts (not the cotton/wool version)? How heavy would you say the fabric is, sort of a light flannel?
