Oh, yeah. Those roll necks are the bomb. So comfy.

Now to attempt to narrow down my Formosa pre-order to a reasonable number ... slash have a heated mental debate about what constitutes a reasonable number...

After much debate I was able to get it down to two...but I also already have 4 Formosas...

I've got my Formosa pre-orders down to 2, but I'm still debating one of those 2. Might do an individual MTO sport coat rather than one of the pre-orders.

I'm contemplating between a suit (VBC revenge) and two sport coats (houndstooth and green linen), but I have 6 (PoW, birdseye, tuxedo, navy blazer, moonbeam, DB chalkstripe) in my closet and potentially a seventh, the three piece chalk stripe, if I was good this year (for Christmas).

Decisions decisions. Also what's the word on MTOs for Formosa pants, or stocking any more *Formosa* trousers?

Houndstooth SC is dope. If I didn't already have another in a similar colorway, I would get that one.

I'm up in the air about the Merlot linen.

I love the color...but I'm not sure how I'd pair it.

Thoughts?

The merlot is pretty easy. light to mid grey trousers. Cream and shades of tan would work. I suppose navy as well. Guess the bigger question I would have with a merlot linen jacket is how many times a season would I wear it My guess is once or twice each Summer. It is a pretty specific color. I suppose it could work if you already have a half dozen or more Summer weight sport coats.

Merlot/burgundy linen strikes me as a great jacket for summer - I'd wear it once a week without any issue, between business casual with light grey, tan or cream trousers and a white linen shirt or striped shirt, to weekend/dinner wear with denim and a gingham shirt. Would look great with a nice polo shirt too.

The idea of the Merlot seems wonderful, and a fairly easy pairing. That said, I think I'd have a hard time co-signing on blue bottoms with the red top. A tad too saturated in my mind. But I fully endorse the tan/cream/white/light grey look. In my mind it would be versatile enough to easily fit it into a weekly lineup.

I would have gone in on that but just recently got a Zegna merlot silk jacket

It's so hard to photograph

Wore my Inis tunic today under an RG Richard. Feels good man (plus slp jeans/boots).

Decided on just the houndstooth; the other two just didn't pop out at me like this did. Plus paying the balance on an Alden boot preorder today made the decision of one vs. two a bit easier.

@gdl203 How do gift certificate purchases work? Are they send digitally in an email or mailed in card form?
