We have a few brands that we sell that are more commonly available (Drake's comes to mind) but we do so because we really love the brand.   Carmina is not only widely distributed but it is also sold directly by Carmina under its own retailers - so I'm not sure that we want to step in this...

Sorry I missed the "why"

I think it's been discussed before... great shoes, questionable business practices/strategy.   Is there anyone left in the US that carries AS?

Eidos Linen Field Jacket

I get so much use out of this.

Sleeves are a bit long yet, but I haven't gotten to getting anyone to fix that for me.

That is really good @bkotsko. Linen has a lot of character. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Just received this awesome MasterPiece bag which filled my need for something bigger than just a laptop bag. Also wearing cotton Valstar. This is a terrible representation of it but I get compliments on it all the time. So simple but the wash gives it so much depth/complexity of color which is what I think people are responding to even if they don't know it.

Cromulent.

Just ordered a Navy hopsack blazer and the grey pinstripe DB suit, both from Formosa. Happy Thanksgiving to me?

The real question is, should I change the buttons out on the blazer for brass ones for a classic look or should I keep the MOP ones on? Also, should I upgrade my BB khaki chinos for something "better" or will they fly with the Formosa

Keep the MOP. They're awesome.

Weeeeird. I tried the 42 in the navy Cowichan since I am a M/L in IM (6'2", 160lbs), and it was a big pear shaped coat on me. I'm guessing the 40 will be much better.

I thought it looked smallish on him as well. I want one but I have 3 chunky hand knits I don't wear already.

fwiw that bison cowichan did not feel "too small" on me, especially for a zip cardigan (which feel different to me than chunky buttons), but for my own tastes I probably would have sized up. My guess is you could go either way based on how you want it to look, but I am obviously not the expert.

Non robo-pose Formosa & Tie Your Tie & Lunettes Kollektion

Not that I need to buy another any time soon (aka until next month), but any plans to restock the houndstooth Formosa or stock a guncheck Formosa sport coat? I have the 3 piece and the moonbeam on my radar next but a guncheck jacket would be great and the houndstooth looks very cool
