@gdl203 any deets on the shoes you're wearing in the main pic for the Barbanera article?

I must say, while I wasn't too keen on the green/olive canvas for the selected Barbanera, they look seriously awesome in the real life pic

Yes, they look a lot better with some wear and some context.  That olive/brown Gatsby is probably the shoe that the four brothers wear the most.

Mine in that pic are old Edward Green monks.

This will never happen again. It was a single, season-specific item that directly related to the inspiration for that season.

I'm glad I got the last brown boiled wool hunting jacket then. I'd also like to relay my Asian immigrant father's reaction when I asked for his advice on what jacket to buy for a Midwest winter: "Hooooooooooooo, OK, well, you have your own salary now. It does look good, though."

You are 100% right and your point is well taken. Which is why I have my green casentino field jacket from last season and the brown boiled hunting jacket from this year to hold me over. Never even had the opportunity to snag the orange and not sure which stockists even carried it.

My Taninos are starting to squeak after about a year of use. How do I quiet them up?

Baby powder / talcum

Shake it in there and tap the powder out.  Let them rest a little

Squeaking = moisture.

I know what fit.   It was actually inspired by a mafoo fit itself.   The great circle of SF life!

I think I know the Foo fit, and coincidentally, it was actually his large scale shepherds check tie that I was hoping Drake's would have. No one seems to have that pattern.
