Cashmere is so so soft and the color is perfect, as Greg said earlier in the thread. Don't sleep on this coat. Absolutely stunning

People from warm climates, apologies for wasting your time with this post.
But we have some crazy good knitwear hitting the store later tonight from Kanata. All hand-knit in the Vancouver Island area by local workers, traditional Cowichan and beautiful, chunky cable-rope cardigans. The buttons look like someone just sliced a tree branch and sewed them on. Those things weigh a ton. The Bison one is made with single-ply natural wool (undyed) so it's a bit more fluffy and light in texture (@Synthese has tested this one)
This is a maker I've been very excited to get up on the site - a really great find by @gdl203 a ways back, and something that was a lot of fun to bring to fruition. The cabling on the sleeves, the rustic buttons, the unmistakable quality of being hand-knit - it all comes together really well. And don't get my started on the undyed single-ply yarns for the bison...
Popping by to say that I can indeed vouch for how awesome these knits are. The bison version is doable over just a tee, if you can stand some minor itching. And the materials and construction are great - you gotta love a nice zipper. And I don't think I've seen better prices than at No Man. Do not sleep. In other news, stay tuned for some cool NMWA-related stuff in our next Styleforum newsletter.
Will you be able to do this for the Drake's trunk show as well? I'm hoping that they have something that I've been looking for for a while.
I'm 50 in Formosa and have 52 LBM overcoats. I find the overcoats to be a bit close over a sport coat/suit jacket, but very wearable.
Don't think so. We won't have swatches in advance for this - Drake's will be coming with them and the trunk show is one day only.
I tried a couple and the fit is about the same. It is possible that different people here measure shoulders slightly differently. Give 3 people a tape and ask them to measure shoulders on a jacket layed flat and you will get three different numbers... We recommend sticking to your usual Formosa size.
