Oh, I plan on kopping that Eidos donegal SB coat very soon. It's just hard for me to pass up a badass coat. I'm considering Juncus, and that ts(s) looks promising as well.

Will the LBM coats be as slim as last year's? Thanks again, Kyle.

I was messing around with outfits the other night and took this pic with the Sage de Cret pants:

Kyle/Greg/David, I'm having inappropriate thoughts about that camel DB casentino that you seem to still have in stock. Think it would fit me? Somehow I'm drawing a blank when looking at the measurements. Any plans for more of them this winter?

54 would probably fit you in the shoulders, esp if you are planning on wearing a knit underneath. I can take a pic of me wearing it on Monday if you want.

Love'em. It's an instakop except...how can one wear these bad ass coats when not wearing a suit? (I just don't get to wear suits nearly as often as I'd like.) I can pull it off with the SB donegal coat (which I've yet to kop), but not sure how to do this one.

Sorry if it's a stupid question.

EDIT: by "not wearing a suit", I'm also including not wearing a sport coat or a tie. (I find a sportcoat without a tie is as far as I can push at work without looking out of place.)

I'm in a similar position in that I don't wear suits or even SC's that often, so cannot justify a super dressy coat that I'd wear even less. That said, I'd love to have a coat that will look presentable over a suit but also casual enough to wear Kyle-style. Any suggestions among current or upcoming stuffs?

Greg! Greg! A l'aide!
Is the Juncus warmer than the Algae? (And should I own both?)
I didn't care for it at first, but your fit pictures are very convincing.

Some recent Formosa MTO Appreciation, featuring Dolly Drapers. Dahlia Delfino and Foxy Flannel. Viewer discretion is advised:

Items of note: Color and texture of Fox Flannel color is hard to capture. It's a very greyish blue, and it's awsm! Also, note that it's more of a 3 roll 2 1/2, which gives it a very different look from the others. I like, not least which for variety's sake. Gun check colors are more understated than some previous photos have depicted, particularly the overcheck, which I attempted to capture.

Overall very impressed.

Looking forward to some real fits after a trip to the tailor.

^ Nice. More Formosa MTOs need to happen.

Can Formosa shorten the sleeve length as part of MTO, or is that considered a pattern change?

The sleeve length get tailored to the customer's exact arm measurement by the alteration tailor who will finish them with buttons, so I'm not sure there's any benefit to have a pre-shortened sleeve from the bench.

They are very different coats - in length, style, color palette, etc... I think you see where I'm going with this...

The Juncus uses a heavier wool and I think that it is more isolated than the Algae - so despite being shorter I'd say that it is probably warmer.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the group MTO's as allowing for changes. Never mind.
