I hope not, I need to catch up. I may throw some pics together for a moonbeam MTO if I can get my hands on some.

SO I got the Green Camoshita suit.

I was this close to copping way more items but then my wife reminded me that we have two boys on the way in about 6 weeks.

Great pick-up! I slept on it too long and poof … my size was gone. :(

I'd love to see more 36's. Preferably on the shorter side :)

^ Also the blue hopsack. I'm waiting on that one. At some point, I'll probably make a push to see if there's enough interest in getting one of these two made.
both awesome.

A little Formosa action! The shoulder extension takes a bit of time to get used to, but I am warming up to it fast!

Brown Formosa and Tattersall Inglese.

Popped in yesterday for a visit to NMWA to size everything I could: Formosa, Canatarelli, Rota as well as Alfred Sargent. It was an awesome visit. Put this coat on (from the PoW suit) and it was really hard to take it off and hand it back to Greg. Closer shot to show fit, though again, crappy phone pic. The drape is quite lovely. That's Greg in the background...he was wearing those awesome butteros, blue with brown toe cap. THey were quite beautiful sneakers.

We agreed it fit very well OTR (this is a 48). Also tried on a Cantarelli in 50 (everything sold out in 48; good job people!) and a Rota in cherry red cotton (again, only thing left in my size). Fit good there too. Had a look at the fabrics for many of the MTOs. They were beautiful, and looked at some other ones too. I had hoped to get on the navy herringbone lambswool MTO and I think Greg has ordered one stock piece for some of the MTOs. The herringbone is definitely subtle; it's a beautiful fabric.

14 Boxes for Heschung were delivered while I was there but I won't spill the beans on the contents. Also talked a bit about Eidos coats. I think the cut will be awesome but again, Greg will have more to say. Cool things coming.

Mission accomplished on sizing, I went to the back with Greg to check out the ties. The thing is, once you can see the products, pull them out, feel and look at them...well that's an experience (I generally buy ties on-line on sale without that benefit). Was easy to get flummoxed. Here's a pic of four I pensively, longingly considered.

BTW: also found two Drake's navy grenadine with white slubby stripes that weren't in the system. I only recognized this because I had been looking for them earlier in the season but they had sold out quickly. Suffice it to say, two of you will be very lucky if you so choose. They are on pretty steep discount.

A quick chat about Alfred Sargent. They seem to me slept on in general (all the talk is about Vass), but they are beautiful shoes. NMWA is carrying the top line RTW shoe by AS and the finishing on the shoes seem really top notch. Tried on the loafers, which are cut sharply and had to size up a half size to get a good fit. Something to consider (toe box was a bit narrow).

Really, can't recommend enough stopping by if you are in the city. Thanks again Greg for taking the time. I had fun.
