Frak stitch, those pics are absolutely nasty. That Inglese shirt is stunning. Just from a initial comparison, it looks substantially better than my Finamores and Barbas.

Would a size 39-40 equivalent be a Small or Medium in these?

hard to say its all around better than my finamores/barbas/borrellis, but defo has substantially more hand finishing. also a much slimmer fit.

I know the question isn't for me, and I know that my answer may seem biased. But without the shadow of a doubt, these are better shirts in all aspects. I say that as owner of dozens of Finamore and Barba, which I love. The craftsmanship on the Inglese is higher, the construction is top notch and the fabric is some of the very best our there from Alumo. I'm not sure how one would define "better" to come out with a different conclusion.

blue tie is so nice any more in stock?

Sweet pics stitchy. And I have to say I follow Greg on this. That shirt really outdoes my Finamore / Borrellis, and they are no slouch. The collar in particular is beautifully done, as is the stitching on the buttonholes / shanked buttons.

icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif thanks!

i really dont know what exactly constitutes construction on a shirt, and i dont see any of my shirts from the aforementioned makers falling apart, it is clear that the hand finishing on the inglese is miles ahead. i also dont know know anything about cotton quality at this level, so its hard for me to judge who has the superior of the superior cottons.

all that matters to me is i love my damn shirt.

Wow, what a great site. Not a huge variety in each category, but I definitely already see stuff I plan on buying in the near future.

Thanks for the kind words! We're definitely a smaller boutique, but we try to be thoughtful about what we buy and offer, how we present it to our users and make sure everyone is comfortable that they are getting fantastic products at the right value. The assortment will grow over time and seasons.
