Thanks for the heads up, I will be sure to place my order by then! I was wanting to wait to see if any of the birdseye sweaters would be coming back.

You can use the codes as much as you want until then, so might as well order now and then sign up for a notification on the sweater.

I'm about to use the code for the 3rd time because Greg had to go and have me try on that boiled wool blazer. My will power didn't even last 48 hours.

Question regarding the suits.  Why is 52/7 and 54/7 (assuming size 52/54 with 7" drop) have leaner jacket but bigger pants waist compare to the 52/6 and 54/6?  Shouldn't the suit with less drop have a bigger pants waist?

Size Chest (CM / IN) Length (CM / IN) Shoulder (CM / IN) Inseam (CM / IN) Rise (CM / IN) Waist (CM / IN)
48/7 106 / 41.7 77 / 30.3 46 / 18.1 93 / 36.6 25.8 / 10.1 87.5 / 34.4
50/7 110 / 43.3 78 / 30.7 48 / 18.9 93 / 36.6 26 / 10.2 91.5 / 36
52/6 115 / 45.3 78.8 / 31 49 / 19.3 93 / 36.6 26 / 10.2 92.5 / 36.4
52/7 114 / 44.9 78.8 / 31 49 / 19.3 93 / 36.6 26.5 / 10.4 95 / 37.4
54/6 121 / 47.6 81 / 31.9 50 / 19.7 93 / 36.6 27 / 10.6 96.5 / 38
54/7 118.5 / 46.7 79.8 / 31.4 49.5 / 19.5 93 / 36.6 27 / 10.6 99 / 39

i could have misunderstood, but the OP seems to imply that there will always be an SF discount of some kind.

Re Inglese 16/41 : waist is 102 cm (40 1/4") and shoulders are 45 cm (17 3/4").   Inglese shirts have narrower shoulders and longer sleeves (à la Finamore for those with experience with that style of cut where the shoulder seam is further in that typical) whereas Mazzarelli have a more traditional cut.

Yes, collar is measured from button to buttonhole.  Remember that these are not washed so there will be a little bit of shrinkage between out-of-the-box measurements and after a few washes.

I explained this in a previous post but in a nutshell, the /6 had less drop than the /7 but then we realized that no one could fit in the trousers that came with the /7 suits.  (not one single person).  So we switched all trousers up to the next size and now most find the fit very good.

So, now, the /6 are the more athletic cuts with a little less room at the trousers waist and a little more room at the chest than the others.

F last - those : http://www.nomanwalksalone.com/shop/index.php/footwear/shoes/antique-cognac-budapester-oxford-wingtip-1552.html

And yes, they looked very well proportioned on your feet.   The F last is major winner with Vass.  Sleek enough without being too aggressive.

No argument here on the F-last.

Are the measurements for /7 on the website updated to the new trousers?  Or for 52/7 trousers measurements I have to look at 54/7 trouser measurements?
