You need to share with your friends Stitchy ! You can't have them all...

Here's a sneak peek of about half of our Inis Meain assortment for those interested...

I'm interested in the two on the right: button collar in anthracite grey and crewneck gansey in navy.

Dumb question, how do you think the quality of the button collar compare with this Brooks Brothers version?

Now, how does it compare in price? smile.gif I'm a little worried about my wallet.

You can't put a price on luxury!

Asian Afro - I unfortunately cannot really compare those since I don't have any first hand experience with the Brooks Brothers. I don't know where it's made, I don't know what wool it's made of... The Inis Meain is still made in a very artisanal way by local knitters on the island and the cable and crooked sickle patterns are part of the DNA of the Aran islands. Also, even though the style is that of a fairly rugged fisherman sweater, the ones we commissioned are not made of scratchy wool like their ancestor. The yarn is 90% merino + 10% cashmere and is very soft.

Pricing will be pretty close to that Brooks Brothers sweater you linked to , after SF discount.
